The Promoter is Personalised Plates Queensland (PPQ) (ABN 12 098 273 539) of Level 2, 99 Melbourne Street South Brisbane, Qld 4101.
Instructions on how to claim and the offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
Offer commences on Friday 18th August 2023 at 12:00pm AEST and ends on Monday 31st August 2023 AEST at 3:00 pm AEST ("Offer Period").
Offer is only open to individuals who have purchased qualified personalised plates during the period 15th July 2023 through 17th August 2023. (“Original Order”)
Individuals utilising the unique discount code during the Offer Period must hold a valid Queensland driver licence or QLD Customer Reference Number (CRN), and companies must hold a valid QLD CRN, and must:
activate the offer by entering the unique discount code supplied by email and proceed through to create and purchase a new eligible set of personalised number plates (“New Order”) at PPQ.COM.AU/create and
make payment online at PPQ.com.au for their eligible personalised plate order using credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express); during the Offer Period (“Qualifying Purchase”).
Offer excludes personalised plate laybys initiated during the “Offer Period”.
Unique discount code is not transferable and only able to be redeemed on a new order with the same email address as the original order within the Offer Period. Unique codes cannot be advertised or sold online.
PPQ reserves the right to remove or vary the Offer Period without notice.
Unique discount code can only be redeemed once. The first successful order with the unique discount code used at checkout on a Qualifying Purchase will be deemed valid. Any subsequent orders with the discount code that may proceed to finalisation will be deemed invalid and cancelled.
Discount codes cannot be used on already existing plate orders.
Offer is only available for qualifying purchases made via the PPQ website during the Offer Period. Purchases made through the Department of Transport and Main Roads, PPQ Call Centre, car dealerships, or through any other means are not eligible for the purposes of this Offer.
Plate laybys, plate restyles, plate remakes, Monochrome Series plates, Classic Plates, Q Plates, plate trade-in, accessory plates, PPQ gift vouchers and plates purchased via PPQ's Digital Auction platform are not eligible for the purposes of this offer. Business Plates (including artwork fee) and Custom Plates (personalised plates featuring corporate logos/slogans/designs) are also not eligible and cannot be purchased online via PPQ.com.au.
Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Details processed through the PPQ website (PPQ.com.au) are final. Any changes made to the plate order after purchase has been finalised will attract a fee that corresponds to the original plate type ordered.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions, and variations, will only be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any online difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference to the online application; (c) any online purchase that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (e) participation in the offer.
