On 24th March 2010 the most recent Collector Plate Auction was held in the beautiful surrounds of Brisbane's Victoria Park Golf Complex. The historic Q70 stole the show at $80,000, with other Q Plates, a few select seven-character combinations and some other rarities such as BNE01, YY and V also up for grabs. There was even some friendly competition between the trades (BUILDER / PLUMBER) as well as a classic city (NEWFARM) versus coast (SURFERS) rivalry.
